Vendors operate on behalf of the platform in the back end and receive a predetermined commission for completed services, rather than the total sale amount. All billing and transactions must remain strictly on the platform.

The platform monitors and oversees both ends of the communication from the vendor and the customer to ensure professional conduct and proper functionality.

We are committed to delivering exceptional results at a fraction of the price. To protect our buyers, we offer a satisfaction guarantee: if the delivered service does not meet the agreed-upon professional standards, customers are entitled to their money back.

Users agree to use the platform for professional business purposes only. Attempting to bypass the platform’s messaging systems, taking payments off-platform, or violating our professional code of conduct will result in immediate account termination.
